Bed and Breakfast - includes continental breakfast provisions of cereals, breads, organic fruit, jams, juice, yoghurts, free range eggs, etc supplied in your apartment, allowing you to wake and eat at your leisure.

Accommodation rates are quoted on a per night basis in NZ dollars and all tariffs include free wireless broadband and 12.5% NZ Goods and Service taxes. Laundry facilities available at small extra charge.

We have only one apartment so any cancellations have a big impact on us. Therefore, if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days or less the following charges apply:
30 Days -25% of cost of total stay, 14 days - 50% of cost of total stay, 7 Days - 100% of cost of total stay. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time the booking was made. We will make every effort to re-book the apartment, and if successful you will not be charged for the days re-let. All cancellations will be handled individually at the hosts' discretion. Travel insurance is recommended.
